From January 4 to 5, Linwu County launched the warm package distribution ceremony of the One Foundation in 2018. A total of 79 warm packages of the One Foundation were issued to 79 children at two venues in towns and urban areas.

One Foundation is a public welfare organization initiated by Mr. Li Lianjie, which is the first private public fund in China. One Foundation Warm Package is a special project set up by One Foundation to meet the needs of children affected by low economic level, disaster, emergency life and psychological care. Each warm package is worth 365 yuan, containing 13 emergency daily necessities, such as cotton clothes, cotton boots, hats, schoolbags, hand cream, and so on. It can basically meet the needs of children in winter for cold protection and learning.

In recent years, the Linwu County Party Committee and County Government have been paying great attention to the growth of left-behind children, actively guiding and driving public welfare organizations, non-public enterprises and other units, and promoting the normalization of various types of warm and loving activities. The purpose is to integrate social resources, promote the continuous and in-depth development of volunteer service activities, change the situation of left-behind children's lack of cold protection materials, create a harmonious and beautiful growth environment, so that more children in distress can enjoy policies, experience care and feel warmth. Since the start of the project in 2017, Linwu County have distributed warm packages to 151 left-behind children, with a total value of 55,115 yuan.
