Chen Fei and his delegation first came to the construction site of the new campus of No. 1 Middle School. The project can accommodate 6000 students in 120 classes, which is scheduled to be completed on May 31, 2019. At present, the project has entered the stage of comprehensive construction with 750 people in operation.

Chen Fei pointed out that the construction party should improve the level of construction management, organize professional construction team, conscientiously implement the civilized construction and safety production responsibility system, self-check and self-rectify the hidden dangers, effectively prevent and resolutely curb the occurrence of production safety accidents.

At the Intercity Bus Station, Chen Fei checked the safety account of the company and watched the driver's driving surveillance video. Chen Fei pointed out that the bus station is a densely staffed public place. As the Spring Festival is approaching, it is necessary to further enhance the awareness of fire safety, conduct in-depth investigation of hidden dangers in production safety, strictly manage vehicle transportation, grasp the safety production system, and make full use of scientific and technological means to ensure safe and comfortable travel for passengers by continuously improving service quality.

In Yizhang County Global Firecracker Factory, Chen Fei inspected the raw material workshop, processing workshop and finished product workshop one by one to understand the production process of firecrackers in detail. Chen Fei requested that enterprises should fulfill their main responsibilities, keep a high degree of vigilance at all times, and carry out hidden danger investigation and management work to ensure production safety and fire safety; carry out technological innovation and upgrading, optimize production process, and speed up the transformation and upgrading of the fireworks and firecrackers industry. Local county committees and governments should increase investment in research and development of fireworks and firecrackers technology, refine production technology, and thoroughly eliminate potential safety hazards.
