In 2018, Yongxing County constructed the key projects around the development ideas and objectives of "one goal, two concessions, four strategies, four key points and five Yongxing" and promoted "grasp progress in construction projects, start-up of new projects and completed projects". The construction of key projects in Yongxing County has achieved good results.

In 2018, the county arranged 86 key projects, with a total planned investment of 54.5 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 18.9 billion yuan. The total completed investment in the whole year was 20.13 billion yuan, accounting for 106.5% of the annual plan. Among them, the comprehensive recovery of rare and precious metals, Pengkun solid waste resource utilization, Tengchi rare metal comprehensive recovery and other projects have started construction one after another; Changlu International Tourism Resort and other sub-projects have been completed and put into operation; Xiongfeng rare metal comprehensive recovery, fruit and vegetable transfer (wholesale) market and other projects have been completed and put into operation; GEM Industrial Hazardous Waste Comprehensive Disposal Service Center and other projects have been basically completed. Around the "Year of Industrial Project Construction", the relevant functional departments have taken the initiative to understand the facts on the front line of project construction, identify the crux of the problem, and take effective measures to solve more than 860 problems and difficulties for the project, so as to ensure the smooth progress of key projects.
