January 10 is the 33rd National "110 Publicity Day". At 9 a.m. on that day, the Municipal Public Security Bureau held the 110 Publicity Day activities and the "Police Linkage Management Center" unveiling and flag awarding ceremony in Yuhou Street. Zhang Jun, Deputy Mayor and Director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, gave flags to 2 Eagle stormtroopers and 4 quick police points, and unveiled the Police Linkage Management Center of Suxian Branch of Chenzhou Public Security Bureau.

In 2018, 110 alarm service desks in Chenzhou City received 110,241 cases and sent 86,033 times of police dispatches, including 10,950 harassment calls, which accounted for 10% of the total number of cases. Due to some invalid alarm calls, such as false reports, false alarms and harassment, and non-police types, a lot of police resources have been wasted. On the day of the event, the Municipal Public Security Bureau distributed 110 propaganda materials on the spot for the masses to let more citizens know the scope of acceptance of 110 and how to call 110 alarms accurately for help.
