Recently, Central South University and Jinrun Company successfully held a license awarding ceremony for the talent training base of school-enterprise cooperation in Bolin Industrial Park, Yongxing Economic Development Zone, marking the establishment of another talent training base of school-enterprise cooperation in this area.

In recent years, Yongxing Economic Development Zone has made every effort to implement Yongxing County Committee and County Government's series of documents, such as "Some Opinions on Accelerating Science and Technology Innovation Driving Industrial Transition and Development in Yongxing County", vigorously promote innovation-driven development, devote to supporting enterprises and universities to carry out industry-university-research cooperation, establish a cooperative mechanism for training and introducing talents, enhance enterprises'technological innovation ability, and promote scientific and technological innovation, transformation and upgrading of rare and precious metals industry. At present, more than 30 key enterprises have established close Industry-University-Research cooperation relation with research institutes, and won the appraisal of "China Industry-University- Research Cooperation Innovation Demonstration Base" in 2018.

This project was based on the successful pilot project of technical innovation of arsenic removal carried out by Chemical Engineering College of Central South University and Jinrun Tellurium Company.
