Recently, the author learned from Zixing Swan Mountain State-owned Forest Farm that in the quality evaluation of Hunan State-owned Forest Farm in 2018, Swan Mountain State-owned Forest Farm stood out from 216 forest farms and was awarded the "Top 10 Forest Farm in the Province" in 2018.

It was reported that Swan Mountain State-owned Forest Farm is rich in forests and diverse in species, with more than 97 families and 600 species of woody plants. Among them, there are more than 20 species of rare trees protected by the state, and more than 20 species of rare wild animals.

In recent years, Zixing City has made every effort to promote global tourism, taking the Dongjiang Lake 5A Scenic Spot as the lead, made great efforts to build the Swan Mountains and other tourism sectors, vigorously developed forest tourism such as forest recreation, ecological leisure, adventure and tourist attractions and rural leisure tourism, and actively built a forest ecology, pension, leisure, tourism and culture in one, highlighting the primitive, ecological, natural forest tourism brand.

On the basis of insisting on protecting forest resources and maintaining ecological security, Swan Mountain State-owned Forest Farm has taken the opportunity of ecological civilization construction and forest ecological tourism strategy, actively integrated into the integration construction of Dongjiang Lake National 5A Scenic Spot, further improved and upgraded infrastructure, strengthened forest greening and beautification, landscape forest tending and transformation, continuously implanted the ecology, environmental protection, green and new tourism culture elements, and constantly improved reception, sports, entertainment, sanitation, safety, medical and other facilities. The forest farm has been approved as a pilot construction unit of national forest rehabilitation base and the first batch of forest rehabilitation pilot demonstration bases in the province.

At present, Swan Mountain State-owned Forest Farm has built leisure villas, fishing centers, self-driving camps, forest homes, tent camps and forest health trails and provided forest health service, attracting more and more tourists for leisure vacation, health, adventure and tourist attractions, and winning the title of "Hunan Beautiful Forest Farm" in 2018.
