Recently, Chenzhou City organized and listened to the national video conference on coal mine safety production. After the meeting, Chenzhou immediately conveyed the spirit of the meeting and arranged the work of coal mine safety production.

The meeting pointed out that we should always keep a clear mind; fully realize the higher requirements of the Party Central Committee for safe production, more attention of society for safety production, and the people's low tolerance for accidents in production safety; regard safety as the "ballast stone" of enterprises and resolutely ensure safe production; further strengthen scientific management and optimize the allocation of resources; should firmly establish the concept of "zero death" and resolutely abandon the idea that safety accidents are inevitable.

The meeting stressed that we should never forget our responsibilities; strengthen the main responsibility of enterprises, focus on grassroots team management, standardization construction and basic skills of personnel, and actively eliminate potential safety hazards; strengthen the supervision responsibility of government departments, strictly control and severely punish problems in accordance with relevant provisions. All relevant departments should immediately carry out supervision and inspection before and after the Spring Festival, and enterprises should resume production in accordance with strict standards and procedures after the Spring Festival. We should plan scientifically arrange work for the whole year, and continue to promote the work of coal mine safety production in accordance with the "zero accident" goal; strictly supervise the safety production of coal mines in accordance with the "1+3" supervision mechanism. The counties (cities and districts) should take advantage of the opportunity of institutional reform to match emergency safety agencies; enterprises should recognize the situation, clarify policies, and settle the input-output accounts and safety risk accounts.
