Recently, Liu Zhiren, Municipal Deputy Secretary and Mayor, came to Guiyang County to investigate the economic and social development. Liu Zhiren pointed out in his investigation that we should focus on three key issues, industry and people's livelihood to promote sustainable and high-quality development in Guiyang County.

Liu Zhiren first came to Hunan Xianglong Aircraft Co., Ltd., located in the Yanshan Project Area of Guiyang Industrial Park, to investigate the production situation. Xianglong Aircraft has developed the first XL100 light sport aircraft with its own intellectual property rights, and strove to achieve the strategic objectives of full order production and order capitalization. Subsequently, Liu Zhiren came to the site of Meiying Home Project in Home Intelligence Industry Park, which is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of 2019 and is still under the construction. Liu pointed out that we should continue to improve the construction environment, strengthen safety supervision, ensure the quality of the project and make every effort to promote the completion of the project.

In Guiyang Industrial Park Non-ferrous Science and Technology Industrial Park, Liu Zhiren investigated the project of 60,000 tons of high-grade zinc oxide produced annually by Haoyu New Materials Co., Ltd. and the project of comprehensive utilization of electrical metals in Shanghai. The two projects have played an important role in promoting Guiyang's economic and social development and solving local labor employment. Liu Zhiren also came to Wumei Village in Renyi Town to investigate beautiful rural work, and visited two difficult people, Jiang Xiju and Xiao Jiulin.

Liu Zhiren affirmed the achievements of Guiyang County in 2018. As for the next step, Liu Zhiren pointed out that the whole county should implement the work and promote high-quality development; should focus on three key issues to further promote Guiyang's sustainable development; should focus on preventing and resolving risks, preventing government debt risks, concentrating on fighting against poverty, resolving outstanding environmental problems and tackling the tough battles of pollution control; should focus on industry and further promote the high-quality development of Guiyang, especially on helping enterprises and vigorously supporting the development of private enterprises; should focus on the key points and further promote the scientific development of Guiyang, focusing on urban-rural integration, innovation and openness, as well as "six stability" and other work; should focus on people's livelihood and further improve people's sense of happiness, acquisition and security; should focus on promoting the implementation of people's livelihood projects, and do a good job in resolving big classes problem, paying wages to migrant workers, safe production, and drug control, so as to enable the people to live and work in peace and have a peaceful Spring Festival.
