Yuan Shaoxiong said that although the name of the Chenzhou Municipal Administration and Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau changed to Chenzhou Municipal Administration and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau, only two words changed, it meant that the law enforcement of urban management would change fundamentally in terms of the scope, the field, the concept and the way of law enforcement. Faced with the new situation, new tasks and new requirements, all Chenzhou city managers must strengthen their study, improve their quality, enhance their abilities, and strive for a cleaner, orderly and beautiful Chenzhou.
