Recently, the author learned from the Municipal Market Supervision and Administration that Chenzhou Tobacco Redrying Plant of Hunan Tobacco Redrying Co., Ltd. successfully passed the evaluation and confirmation of establishing "4A Standardized Good Behavior Enterprises" and became the first 4A Standardized Good Behavior Enterprise in our city, marking a new breakthrough in the implementation of standardization strategy in our city, which will play a good exemplary role in the standardization construction of our city's enterprises.

In recent years, Chenzhou Redrying Plant has attached great importance to the construction of enterprise standardization system, and its establishment has been strongly supported by market supervision and management departments at provincial and municipal levels. Since the establishment of 4A standardized good behavior enterprises in 2016, more than 400 standards have been revised, including 100 technical standards, 275 management standards and 83 work standards, with the standard coverage of 96%, covering all levels of production, operation and management of enterprises. A comprehensive, functional and coordinated enterprise standard system has been constructed, which provided important technical support and management guarantee for the high-quality development of enterprises. The evaluation was conducted by 7 experts organized by the Hunan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau according to the relevant laws, regulations and the requirements of a series of national standards. They confirmed and evaluated the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the standard system by listening to reports, investigating the scene, auditing standards and asking and answering questions. Finally, the Chenzhou Redrying Plant passed the evaluation and confirmation with a score of 463.

The establishment of standardized good behavior enterprises will promote the scientificalization, standardization and normalization of technical standards, work standards and management standards, improve the efficiency of enterprise management, promote the economic efficiency of enterprises, thus effectively improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market to provide a strong quality guarantee for the transformation and upgrading of Chenzhou's economy. In recent years, our city's market supervision and management department has attached great importance to the construction of enterprise standard system, regarded the establishment of "standardized good behavior enterprises" as an important point in the construction of enterprise standard system, actively provided services for enterprises, promoted enterprises to pursue excellent performance management, and served the economic and social development of Chenzhou to improve quality and efficiency. Up to now, a total of 7 enterprises have been promoted to establish "standardized good behavior enterprises". One of them has been confirmed by 4A level and six by 3A level.
