Recently, the formal establishment meeting and listing ceremony of Jiahe Painting Academy were held at the 1958 Cultural Creative Park in Chetou Town. Calligraphers, painters and guests from all walks of life gathered together, looking forward to the feast in the art world.

Jiahe Painting Academy, located in 1958 Cultural Creative Park in Chetou Town, is a professional art organization under the leadership of the County Literary Federation and assists the Literary Federation in carrying out literary and artistic activities, a member unit of the Literary Federation. It is a non-profit folk cultural group, which was founded by 5 young artists of Jiahe nationality, including returnees from abroad, graduate students, teachers teaching in professional schools, aiming at revitalizing Jiahe's literary and artistic undertakings, promoting Jiahe's artistic base, and presenting Jiahe's landscape and pastoral life to the public through artistic creation.

It was reported that Jiahe Painting Academy will strive to create a county-wide cultural communication window, promote China's excellent traditional culture, promote the artistic creation base with "one capital, two cities, three places, beautiful Jiahe", and build a platform for communication and exhibition of artistic creation to the vast number of calligraphy and painting enthusiasts.
