On January 28, the Chenzhou delegation of the Second Session of the 13th Provincial People's Congress held a meeting to continue to review the "Report on Government Work" made by Xu Dazhe, Vice Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Hunan Province, the Report on the Implementation of the National Economic and Social Development Plan of Hunan Province in 2018 and the Draft Plan of Hunan Province in 2019, and the Report on the Budget Implementation of Hunan Province in 2018 and the Draft Budget of Hunan Province in 2019. Yi Pengfei, Municipal Party Secretary and Director of the Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee presided over the review work. Liu Zhiren, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor, participated in the review work.

At the meeting, the Chenzhou delegation deliberated and discussed the list of candidates for vice-chairmen and members of the Standing Committee of the 13th Provincial People's Congress by-election.

During the review, the Chenzhou delegation unanimously believed that Governor Xu Dazhe's Government Work Report was a good report with high political standing, clear development orientation and accurate work orientation. Delegates also put forward suggestions and opinions on Expressway planning, Environmental Protection of Dongjiang Lake, Family Education and Rural Drinking Water Safety.

In reviewing the plan report and budget report, the Chenzhou delegation agreed that the people's livelihood of our province has been improved positively and the quality of shared development has been steadily improved, which was highly praised by the delegates.

Yi Pengfei said that the plan and financial report were refined and accurate, reflecting the requirements of the Economic Work Conference of the Central and Provincial Party Committees, and consistent with the deployment of the Government Work Report. In 2018, around the overall situation of economic and social development and the center of economic construction, Provincial Development and Reform and Financial Departments have done a lot of successful work in promoting high-quality development, preventing and resolving major risks, especially in preventing and resolving government debts.
