During the Spring Festival, Rucheng County adhered to the thought of "promoting tourism by literature" and "promoting literature by tourism", closely adhered to the theme of "New Year's Flavor, Hot Spring and Folk Customs", carried out the special activities and launched special cultural tourism products. The county has launched more intangible cultural exhibition experience, such as Reshui She Nationality Dance, Jiulong River activities, Dragon Lantern Festival in Jinshan Ancient Village, Shazhou Red Song and Red Dance Show, National Story Party in Luyang Town, Incense Burning Dragon and other traditional folk programs. According to incomplete statistics, during the Spring Festival holidays, Rucheng County received 157,600 tourists, including 52,200 tourists in Jiulong River, 61,200 tourists in Reshui Hot Spring, 30,300 tourists in Shazhou Scenic Spot and 14,000 other tourists, achieving a total tourism income of 108 million yuan, an increase of 32.65% and 36.81% respectively, hitting a record high.
