On February 13, Lei Baisheng, the Standing Committee of Jiahe County Committee and Secretary of the Politics and Law Committee, led the responsible persons of relevant departments to Pantou Reservoir to carry out the work of reservoir patrol.

Lei Baisheng and his party inspected the reservoir dam on the spot and implementation of river chief system such as sanitation and cleaning around the reservoir area, non-point source pollution control, and made a detailed understanding of the implementation of river length system work such as patrol, duty inspection and safety management around the Spring Festival in Pantou reservoir area, and discussed the key and difficult problems in water control work.
