On the afternoon of February 15, Ouyang Feng, Municipal Standing Committee, the Secretary-General of the Municipal Committee and the Director of the Comprehensive Deepening Reform Office of Municipal Party committee investigated the deepening reform work in an all-round way, listened to the ideas and suggestions for the comprehensive deepening reform work in 2019, and put forward clear requirements for the next step.

Ouyang Feng pointed out that the Reform Office has overcome the difficulties with fewer people and more work, strengthened the overall coordination of reform, and effectively and orderly promoted the reform work of the whole city. He emphasized that the Reform Office should have the determination to further innovate the working mechanism, and avoid the sectoralization, routinization and generalization of the reform work. The reform departments at all levels in the city should focus more on the current reform tasks, focusing on learning and implementing the important expositions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on deepening reform in an all-round way, on promoting the high-quality development of the city, and on solving the problems strongly reflected by the people, especially on promoting key reforms such as industrial transfer demonstration zones in southern Hunan and Western Hunan, and national sustainable development agenda innovation demonstration zones.

Ouyang Feng stressed that we should straighten out the working mechanism, enrich the reform force, boost the spirit of reform, give full play to the initiative of the masses, and effectively stimulate the vitality of grass-roots reform; should summarize and promote Chenzhou's reform experience, and form a number of well-known typical reform cases in the whole province and the whole country, so as to effectively and orderly promote the implementation of the city's reform.
