Work Together with the Party for Chenzhou Development

On February 18, Wang Heping,the Municipal Standing Committee and Minister of the United Front Department of Municipal Party Committee, visited representatives of ethnic minorities and religious circles and sent greetings and wishes to them from the Party and the government.

Wang Heping and his delegation came to the office buildings of religious groups in the city, Nanhu Road in Beihu District and Yao Village in Feitianshan Town of Suxian District and visited the representatives of religious circles, religious personnel in difficulty and representatives of the inheritance of national culture. Wang had a detailed understanding of the life and work of people in ethnic and religious circles.He thanked the representatives of ethnic and religious circles for their contributions to Chenzhou's economic and social development, the cause of the united front, the promotion of national unity and religious harmony. Wang demanded that we should further study and implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress and the principles and policies of national and religious work, unite and lead the minority and religious masses, gather wisdom and strength, and work with the Party as one; should deepen the protection of characteristic dwellings, the development of characteristic industries, the inheritance of characteristic culture, the cultivation of special talents, and the creation of characteristic scenery, so as to speed up the pace of poverty alleviation and well-off for minority areas and minority people by developing cultural tourism industry in minority areas; should always adhere to the Sinicization of religion in China, continue to carry forward the fine tradition of patriotism, actively guide the believers to earnestly study and publicize the newly revised "Regulations on Religious Affairs", and actively adapt to the socialist society; should do a good job in our own work and devote our efforts to the development of "Five Chenzhou".
