On February 18, in order to break the bottleneck of factor guarantee in project construction, Yipengfei, Municipal Party Secretary and Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, and Liu Zhiren, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor, led the municipal departments and the main responsible person from relevant counties and municipalities to the Provincial Department of Natural Resources for work docking.

Yi Pengfei said that in recent years, Chenzhou has carried out the strategies of "innovation leading, opening up and rising" and "industry leading and comprehensive development", attached great importance to natural resource management, and carried out the "three tackling difficulties" of land, such as the balance of arable land occupation and compensation, the disposal of problems left over by land supervision, and the approval of land, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of land factor guarantee.

Yi said that 2019 is the key year for Chenzhou to overcome poverty, build a well-off society in an all-round way and promote high-quality development. Chenzhou will continue to implement the strategies of "innovation leading, opening up and rising" and "industry leading, comprehensive development", continue to deepen the "Year of Industrial Project Construction", and advance all kinds of project construction steadily. He also hoped that the Provincial Department of Natural Resources will continue to give strong support to promote the industrial construction and high-quality development of Chenzhou.

Liu Zhiren introduced the economic and social development and project construction of our city, and explained the related matters in detail. Wang Yiou, Party Secretary and Director of the Provincial Department of Natural Resources, gave full affirmation to the relevant work of Chenzhou, and put forward a request for the management of natural resources in our city. He said that he would decompose and refine the situation and suggestions reflected by Chenzhou as soon as possible, put them into the corresponding offices and give timely responses and solutions.
