After the end of the Spring Festival, Guiyang County Industrial Park's enterprises have resumed production one after another, and strove to achieve a good start in the new year. For the development of the new year, entrepreneurs are more energetic and confident.

"Our orders in February increased by 20% compared with the same period last year, reaching 3 million yuan." Manager Huang Yanghong introduced that the company's products are exported to India, Poland, Australia and other places. During the Spring Festival, a large number of overseas orders were accumulated. In order to catch up with the progress, employees of the company worked 12 hours a day, striving to fulfill the orders during the start of this year.

Guiyang Ampron Technology Co., Ltd. resumed production on the 8th day of the first lunar month. At present, there are more than 450 employees working formally. Both the start-up rate and the employee arrival rate are more than 95%. As a well-known sensor manufacturer in China, the company mainly manufactures sensors for famous domestic appliances enterprises such as Media, Haier, Gree, AUX and so on. Its output value can be stabilized by 6 million yuan per month.

"At present, our company's orders are in short supply. This year we are going to recruit more than 100 general and technical workers to expand production." Li Wen, Operating Director of Ampron Technologies Co., Ltd., said that the total received order in February this year has reached 20 million yuan.

Airline Mechanical Co., Ltd. is an enterprise introduced by Guiyang County Industrial Park at the end of 2018. It completed the trial production in January 2019. At present, two production lines have been put into production.

"As a new start-up enterprise, our staff recruitment, training and production are carried out at the same time." Zeng Chunxiang, Manager of Airline Mechanical Co., Ltd., said that the company has recruited more than 150 workers because of its good working environment and salary.

In order to ensure the smooth resumption of production, after the Spring Festival, Guiyang County held large-scale recruitment fairs such as "Employment in Hometown" and "Targeted Poverty Alleviation and Spring Wind Action", which alleviated the employment difficulties for more than 60 enterprises. At the same time, Guiyang County Industrial Park Management Committee visited the enterprises in the park on the spot, did a good job in service, fully guaranteed the supply of water, electricity, oil, gas, raw materials and other factors of production, and started the loan guarantee project to finance nearly 10 million yuan for enterprises, to ensure the smooth resumption of production.

According to Wang Shebiao, Director of Guiyang County Industrial Park Management Committee Office, as of February 18, 149 industrial enterprises gathered in "one garden, three districts" in Guiyang County had a recovery rate of 95%. Compared with the same period last year, the number of returned workers in the park increased by more than 10%. Five new production enterprises were added to the park in the first quarter and it was estimated that the park will add more than 120 million yuan in the first quarter.
