Recently, the "health care" market has exposed such problems as false propaganda, illegal advertising, consumer fraud, fake sales and so on, which are directly related to the health rights and interests of the people. The Municipal Health Commission, in conjunction with 11 departments such as market supervision, industry and information technology, and public security, has issued the "100-Day Action Plan for Chenzhou City to Rectify the Disorder in the "Health Care" Market". According to the division of responsibilities, the city's health departments actively participated in and cooperated with market supervision departments to increase the investigation and punishment of false propaganda behavior, strengthen and improve the management of health food market, set up a linkage mechanism for law enforcement, highlight key points and take prompt action, jointly rectify and strike hard, and severely investigate and punish all kinds of false propaganda activities carried out in the name of medical units and medical personnel in the form of health lectures, free physical examinations, etc. The health departments should give full play to the advantages of industry and specialty, actively do a good job in the propaganda and guidance of correct health and nutrition knowledge, focus on the main business, intensify efforts to crack down on unlicensed medical practice, investigate and punish the practice of carrying out medical activities without medical license and medical practitioner qualification according to law, and ensure the health of the people.
