Recently, Yin Hailian, Deputy Secretary of Linwu County Party Committee, investigated forestry work in Linwu County and chaired a symposium. Li Qiong, Deputy County Governor, and Huang Huiguo, Executive Deputy Director of the County Committee Office, participated in the investigation.

At the meeting, Jiang Guo, Director of the County Forestry Bureau, reported on the county's forestry work in 2018 and the work plan for 2019, and put forward new ideas for related work. The team members reported on their respective work.

Yin Hailian fully affirmed the achievements of forestry work in Linwu County, and put forward higher requirements on how to do forestry work well in Linwu Forestry Bureau. First is to lead a good team and build a good team. We should strictly implement the requirement of strictly governing the Party in an all-round way, further improve the quality of cadres, strive to develop talent resources, subjectively solve problems that cadres and workers do not want to do, and objectively solve problems that they do not know how to do. The second is to clarify the objectives and clear the ideas. The afforestation work should be done well and implemented synchronously with county central work and key project construction; the forest management work should be carried out in accordance with the law and regulations, vigorously publicized and actively participated by the masses; the forestry protection should focus on prevention rather than on routine work. Third is to integrate resources and vigorously promote them. We should conscientiously find out the foundation, make effective use of resources, highlight key points and promote forestry work. Fourth is to try our best to do a good job in service. We should make preparations for the rainy days and serve the economic and social development well. Yin Hailian said that she will attach great importance to forestry work and actively promote the construction of ecological Linwu in the future.
