On the same day, Yi Pengfei led the responsible person of the relevant municipal departments and four banks into Jingui, Jinwang, Yuteng and Mingda Carbon Enterprises to investigate and understand the production and operation of the enterprise, and check the latest developments in construction projects. Yi urged the person in charge of the enterprises to make every effort to put the project into operation as soon as possible. For the difficulties in financing, administrative examination and approval, market development and other aspects reflected by enterprises, he dispatched them on the spot and handed them over to to the responsible personnel concerned.
