Recently, the city's industrial advantage industry chain on-site promotion conference was held. Deputy Party Secretary Zou Wenhui demanded that we should adhere to the principle of excellence in advantages, excellence in characteristics, and progress steadily, comprehensively promote the development of advantage industrial chains, and make every effort to do a good job in industrial construction and park development.

The city's industrial advantage industry chain, the development of the park economy and the operation of the industrial economy in January 2019 were briefed at the meeting.

Zou Wenhui pointed out that we should adhere to the advantages and further gather the precise efforts of key links in the industrial chain; should pay attention to implementing policies according to the chain and strengthening top-level design; should pay attention to innovative leadership and consolidate talent support; should pay attention to open cooperation and build a solid industrial foundation; should pay attention to optimizing service and create a first-class environment.

Zou Wenhui requested that we should adhere to more special features and further promote the formation of a differentiated development pattern of the park; should adhere to planning guidance, regional overall planning, division of labor and coordination, and differentiated development; should base on our own resource endowment advantages to attract investment accurately and the inherent law of advantageous industrial chain development to form comparative advantages of industrial development; should focus on improving supporting facilities to create a good environment for enterprise production and staff life.

Zou Wenhui demanded that we should persist in pursuing steady progress and further strengthen the confidence and determination of steady industrial growth; deepen the "one-time completion" reform, strengthen the construction of projects, and improve the ability and level of service industry development; should take the initiative to understand the difficulties and problems existing in the enterprises, help them solve the problems effectively, ensure that the enterprises that have put into operation resume production as soon as possible, that the projects under construction resume production as soon as possible, and that the contracted projects start construction as soon as possible; should fully implement the responsibility for safe production, thoroughly investigate the hidden dangers of safe production, and ensure that no more serious accidents occur; should conscientiously implement a series of preferential enterprise policies of the state, provinces and municipalities, and help enterprises solve the problems of recruitment and financing.
