Recently, the Airworthiness Department of CAAC, the Hong Kong Civil Aviation Administration and the Macao Civil Aviation Administration held a meeting in our city to deepen cooperation in airworthiness certification. At the meeting, a cooperation working group was set up on the integration and development of airworthiness certificates. Participants discussed the principles and modes of cooperation and reached an agreement on the cooperation ways.

It was understood that deepening airworthiness certification cooperation with Hong Kong and Macao was the deepening of the "Memorandum of Understanding on Close Cooperation in Airworthiness Verification" between CAAC and Hong Kong and Macao signed in 2018, and was also the concrete implementation in the field of civil aviation under the overall work deployment of coordinated development in the Chinese Great Bay Area. The cooperation working group will carry out specific cooperation work according to the agreed cooperation path. It was expected that the signing of cooperation documents such as model certificate, production license and model approval certificate will be completed by the middle of this year, and the establishment of cooperation mechanism for all airworthiness certificates will be completed by the end of this year. At that time, Xiaoyan-100 rotary-wing aircraft, which was produced in our city and can only be sold in mainland China, will be sold directly to Hong Kong and Macao.

After the meeting, leading experts will also go to Suxian, Guiyang, Zixing and other places to investigate the construction of navigation industry in our city.
