Rucheng County and Leiyang Xingyu Wire and Cable Co., Ltd. formally signed the contract. Huang Zhiwen, County Deputy Secretary and County Magistrate, attended the signing ceremony and delivered a speech. The company will invest in the leisure and pension industry of Rucheng around "tourism +", and build the whole industry chain of "hotel + business + hospital + pension community". The total investment of the project was estimated to be 1 billion yuan, with a construction period of 6 years.

The relocation and transformation of independent industrial and mining areas in Rucheng Tungsten Mine, which has been listed as the dominant area of agricultural products with Chinese characteristics, with a total investment of 2.9 billion yuan, has been included in the national pilot project. Two 10 billion industrial projects of Hunan Guangdong Electronic Intelligent Technology Industrial Park and Reshui Hot Spring Healthy Town have been landed in Rucheng to achieve stable and healthy development of county economy.
