Recently, Yipengfei, Municipal Party Secretary and Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, investigated the development of cultural tourism industry in Yongxing County. Yi Pengfei stressed that we should optimize the overall tourism planning, introduce powerful investors and high-level planning and operation teams, create the influential tourism brands, and promote the qualitative leap of Chenzhou cultural tourism industry.

Yi Pengfei and his delegation first came to Hunan Changlu International Leisure Tourism Resort to check the construction of the project on the spot. Since its trial operation in October, 2018, the scenic spot has attracted more and more tourists'attention. In 2019, the project will focus on promoting the construction of Nanling Eco-resort (Nanling Cultural and Custom Park) and other projects and supporting facilities to officially open before National Day this year.

Yi Pengfei pointed out in his investigation that during the project construction of Hunan Changlu International Leisure and Tourism Resort, we should insist on fine management in its construction, build every landscape carefully, and avoid blindly seeking for bigger things, especially the "flower sea" and all kinds of flower seedlings in the resort; should choose reasonably and breed scientifically to create a good sense of tourism and experience; should make rational use of Tourist Distribution Centers, integrate resources, innovate cooperation modes, and build a tourist service center that serves both scenic spots and Yongxing County. Changlu Group should clarify the theme, stick to the main business, combine the past successful experience and adapt to local conditions, build a new version of Changlu International Leisure Tourism and Holiday Base in Chenzhou, build a model of Chenzhou tourism and the leading resort base in Hunan, and promote the development of Chenzhou's cultural tourism industry.

Banliang Ancient Village still has more than 360 buildings and more than 1,000 Ming and Qing Dynasty buildings. The simple vicissitudes of history and profound cultural heritage attract many visitors to visit and explore.

Yi Pengfei carefully inspected the protection and development of Banliang Ancient Village and pointed out that we should adhere to protective renovation, combine the protection of ancient villages with the creation of rural scenery, perfect the surrounding tourism elements, strengthen the collation of village appearance, and create beautiful and orderly rural pictures; should build the style of folk houses in southern Hunan and take it as a basic requirement to run through the whole process of standardizing rural villagers' housing construction; at the same time, should fully realize that building the style of folk houses in southern Hunan is an important part of standardizing rural villagers' housing construction, which is not only a cultural heritage, but also conducive to promoting the image of the countryside and promoting the development of cultural tourism; should strengthen the management consciousness in an all-round way, and build Banliang Ancient Village into a popular and influential tourism brand through market-oriented operation and enterprise-oriented operation.
