Feng Haiyan directed that Jiulongjiang should closely surround the culture of Rucheng in the millennium, excavate the existing cultural deposits of Jiulongjiang Scenic Spot, rely on the existing Yao She culture, promote resource convergence, regional integration and industrial integration, and construct a supporting system for the deep integration of cultural tourism. Huang Siping, Secretary of Rucheng County Party Committee, also emphasized that we should vigorously develop tourism industry and focus on promoting the orderly development of Jiulongjiang Scenic Spot.

Finally, Feng Haiyan said that Jiulongjiang is a national AAAA scenic spot and a national forest park. We must protect the ecological environment, arrange scientifically and rationally, strictly prohibit the development and construction activities that destroy the ecological environment and natural features, strengthen the management of hidden dangers and safety on the issue of tourism safety, and implement various measures of safety production.
