On March 25, Yipengfei, Municipal Party Secretary and Director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, emphasized that we should seize the opportunity of undertaking the construction of industrial transfer demonstration zones in southern Hunan and Western Hunan to improve the development quality of the zones and realize the high-quality development of county economy.

Yi Pengfei and his delegation visited Huihong Electronics, Shanshan Science and Technology, Huihua Electronics and Yunwushan Homestay Project on the spot. Yi Pengfei carefully understood the operation and development of the enterprises and inspected the latest progress of the projects. Yi Pengfei urged the responsible person of the enterprises to adhere to the benefit orientation all the time, develop rationally, practically and steadily, avoid blindly investing and enlarging the scale, so as to ensure that every investment can produce benefits.

In the investigation, Yi Pengfei emphasized that the development of county economy should have large enterprises and small enterprises, and we should seize the opportunity to undertake the construction of industrial transfer demonstration zone in southern Hunan and Western Hunan, introduce more upstream and downstream enterprises and related supporting industries, form a complete industrial system, improve the quality of the park, and achieve high-quality development of county economy; should know clearly the growth point and growth of the park enterprises, carefully analyze, understand and grasp the needs and constraints of each enterprise's development, and take measures to help enterprises achieve the expansion of quantity and the upgrading of quality; and should further strengthen the concept of "A winner is judged by yield per mu", strengthen the intensive use of land, apply for approval in batches on project land, plan control and gradually implement, so as to avoid idle land and waste. Enterprises should strengthen scientific and technological innovation, and management innovation, improve the quality and efficiency of operation, and help local economic development.

On the construction site of Yunwushan Homestay project, Yi Pengfei emphasized that we should develop projects on the guidance of Xi Jinping's thought of ecological civilization, enhance ecological awareness, handle all procedures of projects in accordance with regulations, and carry out project construction and scenic area operation management on the basis of environmental protection; should find out the project positioning in practice, optimize the design of scenic spots, attract people with environment and brand, retain people with culture and experience, and create tourist projects with attractions, selling points and aftertaste points, so that every tourist can come back with pleasure and satisfaction; should put an end to formalism in investment and construction of tourism projects, learn from the successful experience of some excellent domestic tourist attractions, and build and launch a number of excellent hotels and homestays, which are popular with ordinary consumers.
