In order to fulfill the county committee's deployment requirements for deepening the county's institutional reform, further clarify the tasks, timetable and road map for the next stage of institutional reform, and ensure that Linwu County fulfills the reform tasks with high standards and high quality in accordance with the prescribed time nodes, Linwu County held a training conference on deepening institutional reform on March 26.

At the meeting, the relevant responsible persons made supplementary reports on the transfer of functions and personnel in the process of implementing the institutional reform, deployed the adjustment of office buildings in the institutional reform, and trained the drafting of the "three definitions" of the department.

Chen Anjun, County Party Committee and Minister of Organizational Department of County Committee, pointed out that the participants should improve the political standing, strengthen the political responsibilities, and effectively integrate the ideas and actions into the deployment and requirements of the Central Committee, the Provincial Committee, the Municipal Committee and the County Committee; adhere to the policy standards in the promotion, top-level design and deployment requirements of the Central provinces and municipalities; stick to the objectives and tasks, organize and implement them carefully, and form a standardized, orderly, coordinated and powerful advancing trend; do a good job in allocating and transferring teams, promote centralized office and listing operations, and coordinate the reform of the CPPCC, mass organizations, comprehensive law enforcement system and administrative functional institutions; strengthen organizational leadership, strictly implement responsibilities and ensure that the tasks of institutional reform are completed on time. After the principal responsible persons of each unit in Linwu County have been adjusted in place, the adjustment of office buildings and the listing of institutions must be completed within three days. By the end of March, the personnel of the reform-related units should be transferred to their posts and the work of "three definitions" of the county-level reform-related departments should be completed. The reform of the CPPCC, the mass organizations, the comprehensive law enforcement system and the administrative functional institutions should be synchronized with the reform of the Party and government organizations at the corresponding level, and the time nodes should be refined.
