Recently, the Supply Chain Financial Enterprise Service Platform project of Chenzhou Economic Development Zone was successfully signed, which marked the formal launch of the first foreign trade supply chain financial service platform in Chenzhou City.

The supply chain financial enterprise service platform project is a practical move for Chenzhou City to actively implement the document spirit of "Some Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the Construction of a New Open Economy System" and the spirit of "Encouraging foreign trade integrated service enterprises to act as agents for export tax rebate services". According to the normal procedure, foreign trade enterprises have a long time from export to tax refund and have a great pressure on capital accumulation. The speed of withdrawal of export tax rebate funds has become a bottleneck in the development of enterprises, which directly affects the expansion of enterprise production scale and improvement of order ability. Therefore, the Municipal Business Bureau, Chenzhou Economic Development Zone and other departments have cooperated with Hunan Small Donkey Enterprise Service Co., Ltd., a provincial foreign trade comprehensive service enterprise, to build an important comprehensive service platform for Chenzhou foreign trade enterprises. As a result, the supply chain financial enterprise service platform project emerged as the times require.

After the start of the supply chain financial enterprise service platform, the park will cooperate with foreign trade integrated service enterprises, and the bank will grant credit support. This platform will provide financial services for foreign trade enterprises, such as export advance tax, forward foreign exchange preservation, export bond, collection and payment on behalf of others, which will effectively alleviate the financial pressure of small and medium-sized foreign trade entities, resolve downward economic risks and promote the better and more stable development of Chenzhou's foreign trade work.
