On the afternoon of April 4, Liu Zhiren, Vice Secretary of the Chenzhou Municipal Committee and Mayor, held talks with Fang Lianmin, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hunan Communication and Water Conservancy Construction Group Co., Ltd. and conducted in-depth exchanges on the communication and water conservancy construction, enterprise restructuring and other cooperation matters.

Hunan Transportation and Water Conservancy Construction Group Co., Ltd. is an enterprise group set up by Hunan Province in the new round of reform of state-owned enterprises. It was set up in September 2016 to perform the three functions of investment and financing, financial services, infrastructure construction, resource integration and innovation and development entrusted by the provincial government. Many wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company are well-known enterprises in the domestic transportation and water industry, with 143 qualifications, which are the backbone of key transportation and water conservancy projects in Hunan Province.
