Recently, it was learned from the Municipal Development and Reform Commission that the ranking of Chenzhou City Comprehensive Credit Monitoring jumped to 29th in February 2019, and continued to be the first in the province.
In June 2015, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) commissioned the National Information Center China Economic Information Network to build a national urban credit monitoring platform. At present, the monitoring platform has achieved real-time dynamic monitoring of more than 650 cities throughout the country. By constantly enriching the evaluation index system, the overall evaluation of urban credit status has effectively promoted the level of urban credit construction to rise substantially.
The content of monitoring and evaluation of urban social credit system is extensive, covering four areas: government credit, business credit, social credit and judicial public trust. The monitoring objects are mainly four types of actors in the city, namely government departments, enterprises, social organizations and judicial institutions. The monitoring information sources are: credit network, official network, mainstream media, local media, survey report data and other channels. The NDRC comprehensively evaluates the city's credit status by monitoring the credit-related activities and behaviors of the actors.
Since the beginning of this year, our city has actively explored and made new breakthroughs in establishing and perfecting the credit system and mechanism, propagating and promoting the culture of honesty and credit, and punishing the discredited persons around the goal of building "honest Chenzhou". In February 2019, Chenzhou scored 84.12 points in the comprehensive credit monitoring of 262 prefecture-level cities nationwide, ranking 29th, ranking first in the province.
Next, our city will focus on building a national credit demonstration city, building "honest Chenzhou", highlighting two main lines of service decision-making and benefiting people and enterprises, doing well in data sharing and application innovation, strengthening credit supervision and joint rewards and punishments, constantly improving the new mechanism of economic and social management with credit as the core, and creating a social credit environment of honesty, trustworthiness, self-discipline and mutual trust.
