On April 19, 2019 Chenzhou·Shenzhen Big Data Industry Business Promotion Conference was held in Shenzhen. Liu Zhiren, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.

In his speech, Liu Zhiren said that Chenzhou is making great efforts to support the construction of Dongjiang Lake Big Data Industrial Park from top-level design, policy funds and talent technology, to promote the deep integration of Big Data with industry, agriculture and modern service industries, and to create a "Green Data Valley" in South China. He hoped to make full use of Shenzhen's brand, technology, capital, talent and other resources and advantages in the big data industry, make good use of the strategic opportunities of the National Sustainable Development Agenda Innovation Demonstration Zone, the National Xiangnan-Xiangxi Industrial Transfer Demonstration Zone, and the Guangdong-Hongkong-Macao Great Bay Radiation Development Zone, speed up the development of Digital Chenzhou, Wisdom Chenzhou and Intelligent Manufacturing Industry, promote the "seamless docking" of big data industry chain, capital chain, innovation chain and service chain, strive to build Chenzhou into a "green data valley" with high agglomeration of big data industry, deep integration of big data and real economy, remarkable enhancement of big data innovation, precise implementation of big data governance, and precise and efficient big data service, and build a high-quality development pattern that leads the development of Chenzhou with innovation and creates the value of Chenzhou with data.

At the meeting, a special film on investment promotion of big data industry in Chenzhou was broadcast, and Zhang Renjun, President of Shenzhen Big Data Research and Application Association, made an investigation and promotion; Zixing City made investment promotion of big data industry; and some enterprise representatives made an exchange speech. Audaque Data, Archieves Information and China Securities Information and other 9 enterprises signed cooperation and settlement agreements on the spot.
