Recently, Chenzhou Economic Development Zone held a production service-oriented investment promotion meeting during the Hunan-Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Great Bay Investment and Trade Negotiation Week in 2019, focusing on the introduction of the new electronic information materials industry in the park.
In recent years, Chenzhou Economic Development Zone has introduced more than 30 domestic and international well-known groups and national high-tech enterprises with independent intellectual property rights and international competitiveness by employing investment advisers to attract business. Among them, a number of world-class technology leading enterprises, such as German Freudenberg, Japanese Sumii and Singapore Bronx, have invested in the park. These projects cover the main links of the industrial chain of equipment manufacturing, high-end electronic glue, high-end substrates, coating, die cutting, bonding and application of new electronic information materials, and initially form an industrial chain dominated by photoelectric materials, graphene materials and functional composite materials.
In order to further standardize and improve the functional layout, Chenzhou Economic Development Zone has issued a development plan for new electronic materials (China) industrial park, with a total planned area of 3000 mu, which will take about five years to continue to introduce a number of leading enterprises in the industry, complete a total investment of 10 billion yuan, realize an annual output value of 20 billion yuan and an annual tax payment of more than 1 billion yuan, cultivate 2-3 listed enterprises, and form characteristic and professional industrial parks with national level influence. In November 2018, the main leaders of the provincial Party committee came to the park for investigation, fully affirmed the new mode of attracting investment and new project construction of Chenzhou Economic Development Zone in the new electronic information material industry, and strengthened confidence for the park to continue to intensify efforts to develop the new electronic information material industry.
At the same time, Chenzhou Economic Development Zone has formulated flexible and preferential industrial development policies to fully support enterprises transferred from Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Great Bay Area to achieve better and faster development in the park. The park's persistence and efforts in improving the business environment have also been recognized by the enterprises entering the park. More and more businessmen are voluntarily introducing interested enterprises to visit and invest in the park, and constantly promoting the cluster development of new electronic information materials industry in the park.
