Recently, the Mugwort Planting and Processing Project in Chujiang Town of Linwu County has been listed as a provincial "Tongxin Project" and licensed, becoming the only private enterprise in Chenzhou City to enjoy this honor.

Mugwort Planting and Processing Project in Chujiang Town of Linwu County is a green sunrise industry invested by Tan Hao, an economically talented person in Tangli Village, through the investment activities of "welcoming, returning home and building home". By 2018, the planting scale has reached nearly 10,000 mu, and the needy households have planted 3,000 mu of mugwort. More than 120 mugwort products have been developed, forming an ecological tourism and health culture demonstration park with tourism ecological agriculture, mugwort planting and processing of mugwort products as the main part. In 2017, the project successfully created a municipal "Tongxin Project" and a provincial "Tongxin Project" in 2018.
Chen Xiuyu, the Standing Committee of Linwu County Committee and the United Front Minister of the County Committee, said: "mugwort industry has great potential for development, and has the characteristics of low planting cost, less labor and stable income, which is a rare industry poverty alleviation project. It is hoped that enterprises will take the successful establishment of provincial Tongxin Project as an opportunity for development, base on their own advantages, highlight the theme of industrial poverty alleviation, and make the project a real demonstration industry to lead the masses out of poverty and become rich."
