Recently, the good news came from the national credit APP observation activities and the social credit service on-site meeting that Chenzhou jumped to the 24th place in the comprehensive credit monitoring ranking of 262 prefecture-level cities nationwide in March this year, which was Chenzhou's first place in the province after ranking 47th in December 2018.

In recent years, the Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government have attached great importance to the construction of social credit system, and regarded it as an important measure to enhance the degree of social civilization, as an important means to promote the simplification of government and decentralization of power, strengthen supervision and service after the event, and make efforts to build "honest Chenzhou", winning the 2008 China Business Environment Award, and becoming one of the 10 cities that have won this honor. Chenzhou has actively explored the construction of city-county (district) integrated credit platform, propaganda and promotion of honesty culture, punishment of dishonest persons, establishment of "honesty demonstration point", the role of business associations and the introduction of third-party credit services, playing a leading role in the province.

It was understood that the monitoring and evaluation of urban social credit system covers a wide range of aspects, including government credit, business credit, social credit and judicial public trust. The monitoring objects are mainly four types of actors in the city, namely government departments, enterprises, social organizations and judicial institutions. The monitoring information sources include credit network, official network, mainstream media, local media, sesame credit, investigation and reporting data and other channels. The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) comprehensively evaluates the city's credit status by monitoring the credit-related activities and behaviors of the actors. Compared with last year, the monitoring focus and scoring standards in 2019 have been significantly adjusted and improved, and it is more difficult to upgrade the monitoring ranking.

Relevant officials of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission said that in the next stage, our city will closely focus on the goal of creating a national credit demonstration city and "honest Chenzhou", highlight the two main lines of service decision-making and benefiting people and enterprises, do a good job in data sharing and application innovation, strengthen credit supervision and joint rewards and punishments, and constantly improve the new mechanism of economic and social management with credit as the core to create a social credit environment of honesty, trustworthiness, self-discipline and mutual trust.
