On the afternoon of May 8, 2019, Zhou Jiping, Standing Committee of Anren County Committee and Executive Vice-County Governor, presided over a business exchange and discussion meeting between Dayuan Group, and Natural Gas Sales Hunan Branch of PetroChina Co Ltd., and Hunan Natural Gas Company.

Tan Xinliang, Chairman of County Dayuan Group, introduced the basic situation of the Group and the future development plan of its business sectors.

Ren Weidong, Deputy General Manager of Natural Gas Sales Hunan Branch of PetroChina Co Ltd, and Xiao Jie, General Manager of Hengyan Branch Project Department of Hunan Natural Gas Co., Ltd. introduced the basic situation of the company and the two long-distance gas pipeline networks to be built through Anren County, respectively, and expressed the company's willingness to cooperate with Dayuan Group. The two sides exchanged details of some business cooperation.

Zhou Jiping, the Standing Committee of the county Party committee and the Executive Vice-county Governor, made specific requests for cooperation between the two sides. First, we should fully improve our ideological understanding. Natural gas development is the need of the national implementation of the major strategy of "West-to-East Gas Transport", the need of the provincial Party Committee and the provincial government to implement the strategy of "Gasification Hunan", and also the need of the county's major livelihood and economic development; second, we should give full support to the construction of the pipeline network. Relevant townships should hold the mobilization meeting of rural groups in time according to their needs; third, we should discuss market development in depth. The county government granted the franchise to the County Dayuan Group. Natural Gas Sales Hunan Branch of PetroChina Co Ltd., and Hunan Natural Gas Company, first signed strategic cooperation agreements with the county government, and then signed relevant contracts with County Dayuan Group.

The convening of business exchange and discussion meeting was the concrete embodiment of the Anren County People's Government's promotion of the county financing platform company to carry out operational business, and also injected new impetus into the transformation and development of the county financing platform company and the development of operational business.
