Recently, 116 teachers and students of Chenzhou Technical College participated in the voluntary blood donation activities, with a total of 46400 ml of blood donated.

Before the blood donation activities, the staff of the Central Blood Station gave a lecture on the knowledge of blood donation, and explained the common sense and benefits of blood donation for teachers and students.

After listening to the lecture, Zhou Zhijie, from Class 1701 of NC Major in Technician Class, came directly to the blood collection point to line up for preliminary screening. The 20-year-old has donated blood for the third time. This time, he came to form a team with several students in his class. "Blood donation without compensation is good for oneself and can also benefit others. Our group is also trying to set an example." Luo Guoxi, who came with Zhou Zhijie to donate blood, said that this year was his second blood donation. "I will stick to it when I have a chance in the future."

At the event site, because more students came to donate blood, a blood collection truck was temporarily dispatched to the college to ensure the orderly development of blood donation activities.
