Zixing City held the Dongjiang Tourist Traffic Dispatch Conference in the conference room on the third floor of the municipal government. Luo Chenghui, Zixing Municipal Deputy Secretary and Mayor, presided over the meeting and dispatched related work.

At the meeting, the responsible persons of the relevant units reported the solutions to the traffic order problems and the planning and construction of related supporting facilities in Dongjiang Lake tourist area, the improvement of tourism related supporting services, and discussed how to improve the traffic order in the tourist area.

Luo Chenghui pointed out that in order to improve the quality and reputation of Dongjiang Lake tourism, it is necessary to actively adapt to the current needs of the tourism market, meet the tourism needs of tourists for leisure and vacation, and form the advantages of Dongjiang Lake tourism with high-quality tourism services. At present, the establishment of a convenient tourism transportation system is the first step to improve the tourism quality of Dongjiang Lake.

Luo Chenghui called for speeding up the improvement of road network construction. We should reverse the construction period, seize the time node to complete the construction objectives and tasks according to the construction plan of road network engineering project; unblocked the hindrance points in the main and branch road networks, improve microcirculation and improve the size cycle of road networks; speed up the construction of key parking lots to ensure that more than 1000 parking spaces are added; ensure the safety of funds for road network projects.

Luo Chenghui demanded that traffic in scenic spots in urban areas should be organized scientifically. We should take overall consideration and accurately measure the traffic flow in scenic spots and their surrounding areas, move forward the management ports according to the principles of "separation of transit" and "dividing before stopping", and implement time-division and sub-regional management in the off-peak season of the whole channel; complete the construction of Dongjiang Lake tourism areas as soon as possible, gradually enrich the water tourism projects in the scenic spots, and form a circulation of two traffic routes in the tourist area; grasp the construction of the intelligent tourism system and focus on solving the problems of traffic diversion and sign guidance; and realize on-line marketing and ticket purchasing, and realize on-line and off-line diversion management of tourists.

Luo Chenghui emphasized to form a big tourism traffic management pattern and regard this year as the "Year of Tourism Traffic Regulation". All departments should conscientiously perform their duties, act boldly and cooperate closely to solve the traffic congestion problem in Dongjiang Lake area and lay a solid foundation for thoroughly curing the traffic problem in scenic spots; continue to implement traffic emergency management mechanism in the peak season of tourism to ensure smooth traffic in scenic spots; should strictly enforce the law, standardize the order and crack down on traffic violations
