2019-05-29

Recently, the 4th batch of "China Forest Oxygen Bar" lists were officially released, and Qiyunfeng National Forest Park in Hunan Province, located in Guidong County, was listed as the only "China Forest Oxygen Bar" unit in Hunan Province in 2019.

It was reported that the "Search for Chinese Forest Oxygen Bar" ecological campaign launched by "Forest and Human" magazine introduces the good "Forest Oxygen Bar" with fresh air, high concentration of negative oxygen ions and suitable health for the public every year. Since its launch in 2015, 137 high-quality forest resorts have been listed on the "China Forest Oxygen Bar" list.

Hunan Qiyunfeng National Forest Park, located at the junction of Luoxiao Mountains and Nanling Mountains and the junction of Hunan, Guangdong and Jiangxi Provinces, consists of three independent areas of Nanhua, Santai Mountain and Qiyunfeng Mountain, with an elevation of 1311 meters, a total area of 120.78 square kilometers, and the highest peak of Qiyunfeng Mountains at 2061 meters above sea level. There is no severe cold in winter and no severe heat in summer, the average annual temperature of 15.4 ℃, and the average temperature of 23.6 ℃ in summer. It is an excellent place for health preservation and summer shelter. The park has preserved a relatively intact natural ecosystem and nurtured a unique biological community, known as the natural treasure house of species resources and genetic genes.

In recent years, in order to create 4A-level scenic spots, Guidong County has continuously intensified the construction of hardware and software facilities of Qiyunfeng National Forest Park, and comprehensively upgraded the quality of scenic spots. At the same time, with the opening of Pingru Expressway, Xiamen-Rongshan Expressway and the upgrading of National Highway 106 and Provincial Highway 322, the traffic environment continues to improve, and the connection between the forest park and the outside world is closer. It takes three hours to drive north to Changsha and south to Guangzhou, and takes two hours to drive west to Chenzhou and east to Jinggangshan. Enjoying a leisure and health travel to Qiyunfeng National Forest Park has become the best choice for many tourists both inside and outside the province.
