The conference dispatched the construction of Southern Graphite, Jiahe Emerging Castings, Guiyang Home Industrial Park, Shanghai Electric, Linwu Calcium Carbonate Deep Processing Project, Qibin Photovoltaic Glass and other projects. The project managers reported on the progress, problems and difficulties of the projects, and the relevant units in the county and urban areas studied and discussed the contents of the report, and put forward suggestions for the promotion of the projects. Yi Pengfei, after listening to the report on the construction of the projects, pointed out that our city has achieved some results in promoting key industrial projects and overcoming difficulties, but it also faces certain difficulties and problems. On the next stage of industrial project promotion, Yi Pengfei pointed out that in order to promote the construction of project industry, we should further strengthen the concept of "ecological priority, green development" and keep the lifeline of enterprise development and Chenzhou development; should firmly establish the concept of "contrasting strength with industry, judging heroes by projects", and make every effort to promote Chenzhou's industrial project construction and industrial development, especially on the basis of mining resources; should firmly grasp the key issues affecting project construction and further strengthen the awareness of saving, intensive and input-output.

Yi Pengfei stressed that the Party committee, government and enterprises should reach a consensus to follow the relevant land use standards, standardize land use and reduce land pressure; should further grasp the "three key issues" of land, especially the balance of arable land occupancy and subsidy; should continue to deepen the "one-time completion" reform, especially in some key industrial projects in provinces and municipalities; establish special teams, special leaders and special forces to strengthen dispatching, put forward solutions and measures to solve the problems, and determine a good timetable and responsible persons. Enterprises should adhere to the principle of seeking truth in efficiency and not in scale, and work hard on industrial chain, ecological chain, value chain and technological chain to find solutions. Relevant departments at the municipal and county levels should closely focus on key industrial projects, strengthen coordination, dispatch and service guarantee, and relevant leaders should go deep into enterprises and key projects to work on site, solve practical difficulties and problems, and ensure the smooth landing, implementation and operation of key projects in the city.
