During his stay in Shanghai, Peng Shengzhi and his delegation first visited the Shanghai Electric Lingang Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Base, which has been built since 2005, with a total investment of over 7 billion yuan, and is a high-level infrastructure construction project in accordance with the requirements of first-class international and not backward for 50 years to create better conditions for the development of special large-scale equipment industry.

Peng Shengzhi said that the investment of Shanghai Electric Environmental Protection Group in Guiyang fully reflected the group's full trust and strong support for Guiyang's economic and social development. Next, the two sides will discuss more in-depth docking on the cooperation agreement. It was hoped that the group will work out feasibility certification as soon as possible and complete relevant procedures for industrial project investment.
