2019-06-04

From May 17 to 21, the 7th China (Hunan) International Mineral & Gem Expo (CMGE) was held in our city. In order to understand the satisfaction degree of exhibitors and the masses with the holding of Expo in our city, collect opinions and suggestions from the masses, provide reference basis for the scientific development of the exhibition economy, build a high-quality exhibition platform, and enhance international and domestic visibility and influence, Chenzhou Statistical Bureau has carried out a survey on the satisfaction degree of the masses of "CMGE" for the second consecutive year.

The survey designed two kinds of questionnaires: exhibitors and visitors. In the exhibition center, 3000 visitors were randomly selected and several visitors were surveyed online; 1000 exhibitors in charge were selected. The survey mainly includes the satisfaction degree of accommodation, catering, transportation and service quality of the organizers during the exhibition in our city; the trading situation of exhibitors' intention, the situation of people buying mineral gems; and the opinions and suggestions on holding the exhibition in our city.

In order to do a good job in this survey, the Bureau attached great importance to it, and the Party Group of the Bureau requested that the survey plan should be formulated scientifically, and carried out scientifically and normatively; the investigators should pay attention to politeness, patience and meticulous answers to questions, and record the investigation factually and objectively, which fully reflects the mental outlook, professional level and professional ethics of the statisticians. At the end of the survey, the statisticians should carefully carry out data analysis and put forward scientific and operable suggestions to provide reference for holding similar exhibitions in our city in the future.

During the survey, Xu Yimin, Deputy Director of the Municipal Bureau of Statistics, Lei Yinju, Captain of the Agricultural Transfer Team, and the leaders of other bureaus led the team many times to the survey site for supervision and guidance. At present, the field survey work has been successfully completed and entered the stage of data processing and analysis.
