The dispatching meeting of propaganda, ideological and cultural work in Guiyang County was held to arrange and deploy the work of civilization practice construction in the new era and the county-wide theoretical and cultural work in 2019.

Liu Jiuzheng, Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and Minister of Propaganda, pointed out that all units at all levels should establish the overall situation consciousness, mission consciousness and responsibility consciousness, and earnestly enhance the sense of responsibility and mission of doing well in propaganda ideological and cultural work at the grass-roots level; should clarify the focus of the work and focus on promoting the implementation of propaganda and ideological work. We should make clear the key points of learning, standardize the forms of learning, pay attention to learning effectiveness and innovate the methods of propaganda in the theoretical propaganda work; should accelerate the construction of the position, actively carry out activities and strengthen the assessment in the construction of the civilized practice center of the new era; and should maintain the cultural position and innovate the working methods in the literary and artistic cultural work; should strengthen top-level design, process scheduling, summarization and promotion, and effectively promote the normal and long-term effectiveness of ideological and cultural work at the grass-roots level.

At the meeting, the "Notice of the Propaganda Department of Guiyang County Committee on Deepening the Theme Presentation of "Five Talks, Five Competitions and Five Promotions"and Launching a Series of Activities of "Telling Good Stories and Spreading New Thoughts" were also issued.
