Recently, the foundation-laying ceremony of the project "Dongjiang Hot Spring Tourism Resort" was held in Beian Village, Yizhang County.

The hot spring tourism project, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan, is a fruitful result of the investment attraction activities of "attracting villagers, returning to hometown and building hometown" in Yizhang County. The project, with the planned land area of 355 mu, is divided into three stages of development, planning and construction of one center, two gardens and three areas, namely, tourist reception center, comprehensive pastoral, tea garden, characteristic residential area, hot spring villa area, quality residential area, which is a comprehensive cultural and tourism project integrating hot spring, vacation, residential accommodation, pastoral and health.

In recent years, Yizhang County has given full play to the advantages of "strong tourism counties in Hunan Province" and "Hot Spring Hometown in China", has continuously strengthened the construction of tourism infrastructure and supporting facilities with the establishment of national tourism demonstration zones as the starting point, focused on the development of Mangshan Mountain tourism, and formed a cultural tourism industry chain with Mangshan scenic spot as the leader and red tourism, hot spring tourism, rural tourism and residential tourism as the important carriers to actively construct Mangshan tourism culture circle
