Rucheng County Aero Sports Federation was formally established. At the founding meeting, the members of the Federation elected the directors and supervisors, and voted to adopt the relevant "Articles". The participating leaders awarded licences to the standing director members of the Aero Sports Federation.

Rucheng County Aero Sports Federation mainly promotes aero sports such as hot balloon, paraglider and light aircraft, assists Hunan Baiyunxian Aero Sports Co., Ltd. in establishing hot balloon, paraglider, aviation model and UAV reserve talents training,cooperates with relevant departments to form paraglider power professional sports teams, participate in professional competitions at home and abroad.Fan Qingye, Deputy Director of Hunan Aero Sports Management Center, and County leaders Zhong Lihong and Li Yueqing, attended the event and unveiled for the Federation.
