The On-site Promotion Meeting of Chenzhou Industrial Project Construction was held in Jiahe County. Municipal Party Secretary Yi Pengfei presided over the meeting, and Liu Zhiren, Deputy Party Secretary and Mayor attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the first quarter of the city's industrial project construction assessment results was read out, and Guiyang County, Jiahe County and Zixing City, which ranked the top three in the first quarter of industrial project construction assessment, were awarded flow red flags. Jiahe County made an introduction to the construction of industrial projects at the meeting.

Before the meeting, participants visited the Emerging Green Intelligent Casting Industry Park of Casting Pipe (Jiahe), Haizhu Machinery Manufacturing and other industrial projects in Jiahe County.

Yi Pengfei, Municipal Party Secretary, pointed out that the activities of industrial project construction in Chenzhou had started well, showing a steady and progressive development trend.

Since this year, the Chenzhou Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government have continued to carry out the "Year of Industrial Project Construction", focusing on industrial projects, and have made every effort to promote the implementation of the "Five 100" and "Six One" projects in the province. From January to April, 393 major industrial projects in the city have completed investment of 24.635 billion yuan, accounting for 35.91 percent of the annual plan. The activities of industrial project construction in the whole city have started well, showing a steady and progressive development trend.

On the next stage of industrial project construction, Yi Pengfei stressed that we should adhere to the fundamental requirements of high-quality development, further clarify the problem of "how to take a correct and realistic way" to industrial development, and take the road of green, innovative, sustainable and safe development; should adhere to the criterion of "possibility, feasibility and effectiveness", further clarify the problem of "how to attract the good investment", fully consider the possibility of project introduction, accurately grasp the feasibility of project implementation, and earnestly strengthen the effectiveness of project production; should adhere to the orientation of "industrial depression, enterprise depression, financial resources depression and innovation depression", further clarify the problem of "how to gather clusters" of industrial projects, centralize industrial projects to the park, adjust the industrial layout of the park, implement the benefit distribution mechanism, and do a good job of service and support with sincerity and responsibility; should adhere to the goal of "implementing smoothly, advancing smoothly, putting into operation smoothly and achieving results", further clarify the problem of "how to construct fast" in industrial projects, consistently adhere to good practices, emancipate the mind and explore new problems, and firmly implement good mechanisms; should focus on the industry and project strength, and further clarify the problem of "how to grasp the solid work" of industrial projects; should guide the whole city to make every effort to develop industry, strengthen the entity, improve quality and increase efficiency; should improve the environment and further build a new type of political and commercial relationship; should take the initiative, strengthen organizational leadership, conscientiously perform the duties and responsibilities, and promote industrial projects to land as soon as possible, start construction as soon as possible and reach production as soon as possible.

Liu Zhiren said that we should focus on the industrial chain, further improve the quality of project investment, adhere to precise screening and docking, broaden channels for introduction, and stick to the focus of investment; should tighten the work chain, further consolidate the joint efforts of project promotion, strengthen planning guidance, tracking promotion, echelon construction and classified promotion; should break through the factor chains and further break the bottleneck constraints of the projects; should compact the responsibility chains, further optimize the project development environment, and make every effort to promote the construction of industrial projects, achieve the "double over half" of the time task, and ensure the completion of the year-round project construction objectives and tasks.
