Recently, Chenzhou City held a special meeting on the construction of teaching material system and teaching staff in the Party spirit education base of the whole city. Yi Pengfei, Municipal Party Secretary, attended the meeting and emphasized that we should learn from the experience of Jinggangshan, make scientific use of and further develop Chenzhou red resources, tell good party spirit stories, build distinctive brand of party spirit education, and expand Chenzhou's influence.

After listening to the report of the Organizational Department of the Chenzhou Municipal Committee and the Party School of the Municipal Committee on the construction of the Party spirit education base and teaching staff in the whole city, Yi Pengfei said that strengthening the construction of the Party spirit education base, the teaching material system and the teaching staff is a long-term process, which should be gradually increased.

On the construction of the Party spirit education base and teaching staff in the whole city, Yi Pengfei emphasized that we should focus on guidance, adhere to Xi Jinping's socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era and implement the important instructions and requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping on Party spirit education into concrete work; should adhere to tell the Party's history, stories and aims well, and educate all Party members and cadres to remain true to their original aspiration and keep their mission firmly in mind, and carry out the Party's aims well to become a truly qualified Party member; should pay attention to scientific utilization, further develop Chenzhou red resources, develop red courses, tell good red stories, inherit good red genes and create red classics; should improve the quality of Party spirit education, because textbooks are the foundation, teachers are the key, and strengthening the leadership of the Party is the guarantee; should strengthen the development and research of excellent teaching plans and textbook system, and pay more attention to vivid and targeted on-site teaching combined with the research of Party history, the research of red revolution history and the excavation of Chenzhou red stories; should strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and carry out the "Famous Teachers Lecturing Party Classes", "Famous Teachers Entering Chenzhou" and other talent-attracting activities; should strengthen exchanges, discussions and cooperation, learn from the experience of Jinggangshan, innovate teaching modes, improve teaching quality and standardize teaching work.

Yi Pengfei also stressed that we should create the brands, carefully design and precisely create innovative products, create a variety of red boutiques such as micro-film, micro-animation, micro-course, etc., make good use of various media to strengthen the promotion, pay attention to audience-oriented, market-oriented and expand the influence of communication; should cultivate carefully and attract accurately, and gradually cultivate local red on-site teaching "famous teachers" relying on the red influence of Shatian Town and Shazhou Village; should carefully organize and strengthen overall planning to promote the deep integration of red education and tourism relying on red resources. We should strengthen the guarantee and strengthen the organization and leadership.
