At present, there are 2 national patriotic education bases, 5 provincial patriotic education bases and 29 municipal patriotic education bases in our city. Among them, the headquarters site of Xiangnan Riot in Yizhang County, the promulgation memorial site of the "Three Disciplines and Eight Notes" in Guidong County, and the site of the Rucheng Meeting of the Xiangnan Uprising in Rucheng County have been listed in the list of 100 classic red tourism scenic spots in China. Shazhou Village, Rucheng County, the story of "half a quilt" took place, has been rated as a national 3A tourist area.

The meeting pointed out that the relevant departments should take this political party consultation forum as an opportunity to speed up the "Hunan Red" red cultural tourism industry in our city and make the "Hunan Red" brand become the most beautiful business card of Chenzhou cultural tourism integration; should speed up the transformation and upgrading of tourism industry, build 100 billion cultural tourism industry, and strive to promote tourism marketing, cultivation and growth of the main body and other projects; should coordinate the development of red historical and cultural resources, tell good red stories in southern Hunan, excavate revolutionary historical resources, enrich red experience products, and make every effort to build a "red tourism brand"; should integrate cultural tourism resources, improve infrastructure construction, establish and improve systems, and strive to create red cultural tourism products with the characteristics of "Hunan Red".
