Chenzhou Municipal Market Supervision and Administration launched a 100-day special food safety mobilization and food safety knowledge training meeting for "Breakfast at Ease". Chenzhou City will focus on the renovation of baozi (steamed bun) shops, rice flour shops, noodle shops, dumpling (wonton) shops, canteens and other breakfast shops in its jurisdiction, so as to eliminate potential food safety hazards so that citizens can have a more assured breakfast.

"Breakfast at Ease" special rectification action is mainly aimed at whether the breakfast shop has obtained a business license, it operates beyond the scope of the license, the business environment is clean and tidy, the food management equipment meets the food safety requirements, the "three preventive" equipment is in place, the employees have safety certificates, they strictly implement the inspection record system of food raw materials, food raw materials conform to safety standards, drinking water conforms to the hygienic standards of domestic water stipulated by the state, and tableware and containers for imported food are disinfected before use.

The renovation action is to standardize the order of breakfast business in Chenzhou, eliminate food safety risks, actively create a healthy, clean and safe dining service environment, improve the overall management level of food safety in breakfast shops, and gradually build good breakfast brands with Chenzhou characteristics.

The Chenzhou Municipal Market Supervision Bureau also gave a training course on food safety knowledge to the representatives of breakfast operators in Chenzhou. The course mainly includes operators' personal hygiene, food purchasing, processing and marketing hygiene, food safety management system and other key contents.
