Recently, Professor Liang Xiaoyan of Hunan Women's College came to Chenzhou Economic and Development Zone and conduct a special research on gender differences in enterprise labor costs.

The research team visited Chenzhou Weisheng Electronics Co., Ltd. and Chenzhou Cigarette Factory of Hunan Tobacco Industry. They held talks with the responsible persons of enterprises and relevant departments and staff representatives respectively.

According to reports, the special research was carried out by the Women Workers' Committee of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions in the province from July to August this year in accordance with the spirit of the ''Notice of the General Women Workers' Committee on the Research of Gender Differentiation in Enterprise Employment Costs''.
