Recently, Professor Liang Xiaoyan of Hunan Women's College came to Chenzhou Economic and Development Zone and conduct a special research on gender differences in enterprise labor costs.
The research team visited Chenzhou Weisheng Electronics Co., Ltd. and Chenzhou Cigarette Factory of Hunan Tobacco Industry. They held talks with the responsible persons of enterprises and relevant departments and staff representatives respectively.
